Our Retreat Intention: To offer physical, mental, and spiritual nourishment through movement, adventure, and culture.
Yoga de Los Muertos: together, we will be honoring the sacred cycles of life.
Over the course of 6 days and 5 nights, we will adventure, discover, and relax together. We will spend our mornings enjoying yoga led by Zoë and Lauren, some of our days we’ll spend lounging at the beach or next to the pool, while others we’ll spend adventuring and exploring the local culture. You will also have the opportunity to dive deeper into your yoga practice and yogic philosophy through workshops. Each evening we will gather again for restorative-based yoga and meditation. Our breakfasts and dinners will be cooked fresh every day by our on-site chef. You can look forward to an all-around nourishing, connected, and soul-expanding experience.

The retreat center, lodgings, and logistics
This is the perfect destination for those who seek privacy, serenity, fun and adventure. Located just 1 hour from Puerto Vallarta airport and just a short stroll to the warm waters of the Southern Pacific Ocean. Our casitas are 30 yards from the unspoiled white sand beaches of San Francisco (San Pancho), Nayarit, in the very center of the village, a stones throw away from the main street.
Each casita has 2 Queen bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located in the lush tropical garden steps from the pool, with its lounge chairs, hammocks & a bbq area. We offer free wifi, drinking water, fresh bath & beach towels.
Yoga & Meditation
Join Zoe and Lauren for yoga both on and off the mat. Come prepared for lots of movement and a ton of soul work. We will dive deep into the shadow self and discover what it means to let go and how we can release old patterns and habits. Ditch negative self-talk and step into a flow of grace in the realization that change is the only constant. Don’t forget your journal, we will offer journaling prompts throughout the week to help guide you towards the answers within.
Mexican coastal cuisine is light, fresh and typically involves tons of fresh fruits and veggies and also locally caught fish. Ceviche, avocado, mango, pineapple and of course, handmade tortillas are all staples to the local fare. Be prepared to eat healthy and well. Melas can be made to almost any dietary preference (vegan, GF, dairy free, vegetarian etc).
